Our policy on refunds varies from service to service. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.Landing Page & Templates Refunds PolicySince WebXsposure (and Consultants) are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon approving the deliver of services, IE. a Landing Page or Landing Page Template System. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons: 1. Non-delivery of the product: if non-deliver was due to an issue that WebXsposure was unable to rectify, IE. a function that WebXsposure was not in a position to impliment which was agreed upon at the signing of contract 2. Irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product editing: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team's approval; 4. Product not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis in agreement of both parties concerned. Web Design Refunds PolicyCMS Implementation and Template Customization: If an initial deposit is requested and paid, no refund will be given if the customer backs out, unless work has not yet started. Once work has been completed according to the agreed schedule, the remaining balance (or full balance if no deposit required) will be due; due to the close and constant communication between WebXsposure (and Consultants) and the customer during the design process, no refunds are issued for completed work. Script Installation: If the requested script has been successfully installed, no refund will be issued in the event of the customer changing their mind. Domain Registration/Renewal Refunds Policy: As per registrar policy, all domain name registrations and renewals are final. No refunds are given on successful domain registrations or renewals. Search Engine Marketing PolicyCustomers may choose to cancel their account at any time. Customers submitting cancellation requests within the first 14 days of the accounts being managed will have their full management fee refunded. Any charges incurred from clicks which are charged by the search engines Google and/or Yahoo are non-refundable. This is our 14 day money back guarantee. Cancellations search engine marketing campaign management outside of the first 14 days will not receive a management fee refund. Search Engine Campaign will be deleted and all charges will be halted from the date of campaign cancellation. |
